NINGBO TOPFOREVER IMP&EXP CO. LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides import and export-related services in accordance with international trade rules and relevant laws. These Terms of Service govern the relationship between us and our customers (“you”, “your”) for all services we provide, clarifying mutual rights, obligations and related rules to ensure smooth and standardized cooperation.

Our services include but are not limited to product supply, import and export customs clearance, logistics arrangement, order processing and after-sales support. We strictly abide by Incoterms® 2020 and the Foreign Trade Law of the People’s Republic of China, and all cooperation shall be based on mutual consent and signed trade contracts.

You shall ensure that all your transactions are legal and compliant, provide true and complete information (including company credentials, product specifications and import-export permits), and assume corresponding responsibilities for any risks caused by false information or non-compliance with relevant regulations.
We commit to providing high-quality services, strictly following the terms of the signed contract, and ensuring the safety and timeliness of goods and documents. We will keep your commercial secrets and personal information confidential in accordance with our privacy policy and will not disclose them to third parties without your consent.

Neither party shall unilaterally terminate the cooperation without justifiable reasons. If you need to modify or terminate the service, you shall notify us in writing 7 business days in advance. We reserve the right to adjust service content and fees, and any changes will be notified to you in advance.
These Terms of Service shall take effect upon the signing of the cooperation contract. Any disputes arising from service cooperation shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, both parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the court where our company is located. We reserve the right to interpret these Terms of Service.
