This policy applies to all products sold by our company and aims to clearly define the conditions, procedures, and responsibilities regarding returns and exchanges, thereby effectively safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of both parties and maintaining a smooth cooperative relationship.
We accept return and exchange requests only under the following circumstances: the product exhibits quality defects (e.g., manufacturing flaws, failure to match order specifications); a shipping error occurred (incorrect style, size, or quantity); or the product was damaged during transit (requiring the submission of shipping documents and photographs as evidence). Please note that custom-made products, clearance items, and products damaged due to improper use or human factors are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. If more than 30 days have elapsed since the date of shipment, we may be unable to provide a refund or exchange service.
For requests that meet the eligibility criteria, customers are required to return the goods in their original packaging to the address designated by us, ensuring that all labels and accessories remain intact and undamaged. If the return or exchange issue is attributable to our company, we will bear the shipping costs; otherwise, the shipping costs shall be borne by the customer. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will conduct an inspection; once verified as correct, we will complete the refund or exchange processing within 7 days.
